NWISL Playing Rules

The Valpo Soccer Club 'Recreation +' teams play in the Northwest Indiana Soccer League, which is affiliated with SAY Soccer, which is in turn affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation.  As a result, many of the FIFA Laws of the game are applied, but sometimes in a different fashion.

The SAY Laws of the Game are currently on their 3rd revision, which was released in August, 2017.

In addition to the SAY Laws, the Northwest Indiana Soccer League has established a number of different League Policies and Local Rules of Competition that modify the SAY Laws of the Game.
