The Valpo Soccer Club’s Membership consists of all current players within the Club (or if the player is under eighteen (18) years of age, their parents), trainers, coaches, Officers appointed by the Board of Directors, and the current members of the Board of Directors.
The Valpo Soccer Club’s Board of Directors acts on behalf of the Membership of the club and consist of five (5) members elected to one (1) year annual terms at the Club’s Annual Meeting, which last occurred on March 18, 2019.
The Annual Meeting is traditionally held in March and is announced to Club Membership at least thirty (30) days prior to the Meeting. All Members of the Valpo Soccer Club are invited to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting as well as vote as part of the selection process for the Board of Directors.
