NWISL Referee Evaluation Form

With games beginning this weekend, this is a quick reminder about the Coach of the Year award at the end of the season for the league.  

In order to be nominated and win this award, you cannot be carded during the season. Yes, this also means, if your team parents force the ref to give you a yellow card as a warning for spectators, you will not have a chance at this award.  Also, to be considered for this award, you must fill out a game evaluation form for each game you play. I recommend filling out this form each time and being honest, while yet respectful, in your critiquing of the refs for your game. I can only hope that the league this year will take into account our evaluations for refs, but I doubt any form filled out that is written in a disrespectful and demeaning way, will get much attention. So please, be mindful of this when filling out the form. And this goes for good reffing as well as bad reffing.
