Spring 2025 Registration is OPEN!!!

We are excited to announce that the Valpo Soccer Club Spring 2025 registration opens December 1, 2024. We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces and introducing new players and coaches to our soccer community.

Valpo Soccer Club offers travel (Rec+) soccer as part of the NWISL. For more information on VSC opportunities or programs, check out our newly redesigned website at https://www.valposoccer.org.

This year our club implemented a VSC Registration Committee, comprised of club parents and board members. This committee was tasked with reviewing registration procedures and making recommendations to the board. In the past the club has offered a volunteer discount, however, this has proved extremely difficult to track/enforce. Based on feedback from the committee, the club will be moving to a more balanced and sustainable approach that we believe will be simpler for everyone. Changes are as follows:

- Base registration fee has decreased to $200.00, down from $235.00.
- Volunteer requirement/discount has been removed from the registration process.
- Multiple child discount of $25 remains in place, up to 5 children per household.
- Head and Assistant Coaches will be eligible for a reimbursement not to exceed one player's full price registration fee upon completion of the VSC Coaching Pathway.

We believe that these changes will lead to a stronger culture of families volunteering out of club pride and not compulsion. We remain a completely volunteer-led club and it truly does take a village. Thank you for continuing to help us build this community by volunteering when opportunities arise.

Registration will be open from 12/1/2024 through 1/26/2025.

Age Matrix:

Player Kit (Uniforms):
All NEW players will be required to purchase full kit for their first season. Returning players that purchased kit starting in 2022 do not need to purchase new kit unless they have grown out of it.

Full player kit includes the following items:
- VSC Hummel Core Striped Jersey
- VSC Hummel Core Poly Shorts
- VSC Hummel Essential Socks

Coaches:
We are always looking to develop new coaches in our program. If you have any questions about the process to become a coach, please email [email protected]. We'd love to talk to you about it.

If you already know you're interested in coaching, please note that you must register yourself as a coach during the registration process. After you have registered, head over to the "Coaches Corner" page to start our Coaching Pathway. If you are selected as a coach for the season a VSC board member will reach out with further information.
